Shipping Policy
At Aurelia Atelier our shipment sent out from Monday – Friday by using DHL eCommerce Asia. Order will be process on the next day and customer will be received the order within 1 - 4 working days (Malaysia) / 3 - 14 working days (International)
When we processed your order - you will have received an email from Aurelia Atelier containing a DHL eCommerce Asia consignment note number.
This consignment note number is

What is an unsatisfactory item?
- Product in the wrong color.
- Product with manufacturing defect.
- Wrong product that was not in order.
Note :
- Items cannot be worn or damages and it must be returned with tags still attached. Item must arrive in the original packaging provided.
- Sales/Clearance item are NOT returnable item.
- Dissatisfaction such as the jewellery doesn't look good on you (too small, too big, too short, too long etc) will NOT be entertained.
- Material and quality issues are NOT considered defects and are subjective.
- Defect does NOT include removable dirt.
